*Delivery Within Dhaka City:*
We primarily use SteadFast for deliveries across Dhaka City, and occasionally Pathao Courier. Generally, orders are delivered within 24-72 hours. If your order exceeds BDT 10,000 in value and is under 2 kg, the delivery is free of charge. For orders outside these criteria, delivery charges will be quoted during checkout.
*FOXNOOVA.COM Office Pickup:*
If you prefer to pick up your order from our office at House 41, Road 11, Nikunja 02, Dhaka 1229, please call our hotline at 01322-873 853 to confirm stock availability. Pickups can be made between 10 AM to 7 PM, every day except Friday.
*Delivery Timeframes:*
– *Inside Dhaka:* Usually, next-day delivery after confirmation. In exceptional cases, it may take 2 to 3 working days, and updates will be communicated via email or phone.
– *Outside Dhaka/Whole Bangladesh:* Most national orders are delivered within 2 to 5 business days. However, exceptional cases may require more time, and customers will be informed accordingly.
*Delivery Charges:*
Yes, we charge shipping fees depending on the delivery location and order amount. Orders over BDT 10,000 enjoy free delivery.
– *Dhaka City:* Free delivery for orders over BDT 10,000; otherwise, charges apply.
– *Nationwide:* Delivery outside Dhaka typically costs BDT 100 to 150. Exact charges are provided during checkout.
*Pickup Option:*

*Tracking Your Order:*
